What's up Mark?
I was there yesterday picking up the ported blower. Bob's wife, I assume, said he had something new that he was supposed to mention when I dropped the blower off. Anyway he was not around and all she knew was 7-10 hp, $100 (another phenolic spacer) and it was called a Power Fin.
It wasn't tested on my truck, but I was there. Lets just say, back to the drawing board. It was not a phenolic spacer. Unlike the spacer tests we did, the mystery part actually lost some HP/TQ. I'm not sure if the part needs a rework or if it is hopeless, but I don't think I'll describe it in an open forum yet out of respect to the creator of it.

I've set up an email list to announce get togethers and events. Let me know if you want to be on it.

Yea, I wonder who's truck all that was tested on today!

We also got to test the PHENOLIC SPACER. Did runs in a controlled test (block cooled, then brought up to the same temp each time).

Let's just say there's 0 gains to be had with it. Sure, it kept the upper plenum cool, so maybe it helps on back to back runs... but straight performance addition - NIL

I've got the graph, but no way to scan it right now...and Mark's got my dyno files

Hey man I would like to be added to your e-maill list. I live in southern IL .. No where near the "city" but that is the closest place to get work done I guess.

Thanks
