As a result of my letter...

I did get my refund, minus $15.17. Not a whole lot of money to be sure, but they cancelled my order, then kept the two fees for processing the card. Can you believe that? They charged a processing fee to give me my damn money back! I sent another email, and they told me it was a 5% fee to verify my card, but the invoice they sent for the order clearly states $7.50 "processing fee" So, they must have charged about the same when they gave my the credit. Oh, well you live and learn I guess. And by the way, rpmoutlet.com is the name.

Don't order a pulley from them either, you'll probably get the wrong belt! I know I did!

No honestly, more and more board members seem to have had bad experiences with them and from each incident it seems that their customer care is non-existing....

They're just down the street from where I live. Just a bunch of guys working in a small office, I believe most of the inventory is drop-shipped and everything else is outsourced. So, they are more like distributors then anything else!

No, they are *******s more than anything else. They can't seem to get the simplest of orders correct.
