I did get my refund, minus $15.17. Not a whole lot of money to be sure, but they cancelled my order, then kept the two fees for processing the card. Can you believe that? They charged a processing fee to give me my damn money back!
I sent another email, and they told me it was a 5% fee to verify my card, but the invoice they sent for the order clearly states $7.50 "processing fee" So, they must have charged about the same when they gave my the credit. Oh, well you live and learn I guess. And by the way, rpmoutlet.com is the name.

No honestly, more and more board members seem to have had bad experiences with them and from each incident it seems that their customer care is non-existing....

They're just down the street from where I live. Just a bunch of guys working in a small office, I believe most of the inventory is drop-shipped and everything else is outsourced. So, they are more like distributors then anything else!
