Gauge overlays.Good,bad?

Whats up boys,
Here is the deal until we are lucky enough to get auto meter guages or another kit for our truck dash(which I hope is in the near future finally) I am looking for something to add to it(possibly) until the time being. Have some of you had much luck with the aluminum type ones you can buy from ebay(and I guess elsewhere)? Are they cheap, pretty decent,I would like the opinions of ones that have/had them. Pics are welcome.
Thanks guys.

Just got an e-mail back for Summit Racing. The Autometer gauge cluster for the stock f-150 can be had for $437.00, part number ATM-7010. We just need to figure out how to remove the graphics for the speedo and replace them with a 140 mph version. The electrons of the cluster don't need to be modified themselves because the PCM control them. If anyone know any have an idea of what graphics material Autometer uses and if it's easy to remove and reprint. Thanks.
