Magnum Ordering

Should I get the new rotors with it? And when i get it should I leave the 4# on the crank?

Does any one know what the tune consist of from JDM's Magnum tune. I decided not to get the chip I have a local tuner to dyno tune the truck. He told me that JDM tunes for up north conditions, and I live in florida

Trust me, I live in FL and I spent 900- on tuning thats still not right!

Get the JDM magnum tune, either programed SCT or flip chip.
They have spent more time w/ tuning the Magnums than anyone else and it shows in there #'s(460/560) w/4# lower(street tune)

The best my tuner could muster was (417/508) w/ a 4#lower and more bolt on's than you can imagine

Keep the 4# lower on, run a Gates 80670 belt w/ the 2.70 upper
and use your stock rotors if they're in good condition(save $300-)

Not to knock any tuners in FL,but do it right the first time and save lots of time, money and effort

Just my 2 cents

i would get a local dyno tune

i have the magnum powers with a 6lb lower

use your stock rotors its a piece of cake to change

my jdm tune made 400 hp on street tune

they have to cover there butts with the tunes (unless its on the dyno) you never no whats gonna happen or what people really have

my 2 cents (less the cash from the bumm tune)

magnum= fun

I have the magnum along with JDM tuning only I'm running an 8 lb lower and the 2 lb upper. Made 543HP and 616TQ. Keep in mind I have a built motor with all the goodies and it was 90 plus degrees in the dyno room with pretty high humidity here in hot a$$ Texas.

Jim used my old rotor pack which was in good condition. Some minor flaking but no big deal.

The MP has a very unique sound

How much is this with my stock rotors... also I have an Apten ported Eaton... is this worth upgrading from to the Magnum.
