New Metco idler pulley?
Odin,
If this pulley setup is the same as you were running before, the same belt should work. I am running a 2.8" upper and 5# lower with the same belt. The instructions say you need 1" larger belt but that's not the case(at least for me)....JR
BTW I am running a 67.5" Gatorback

Thanks JR.
I had to knock the tab off the tensioner to get my current belt to fit. I'm gonna need a little bit more belt; but, I didn't want to over do it. I guess an inch longer will do it.

I just noticed that JLP has a 2.7" upper pulley made of aluminium. That has to be the smallest that you can fit on the snout of the Eaton.

Here's a pic of the new design:

I got it from chikenears:

Don't have a pic of the old one but this one looks like a much better fit...it doesn't mount to the SC like the old one. The other one had long bolts and plates to mount it.

I use the new Metco Idler w/ 100mm idlers. This required a 1" larger belt for me. I also run a 2.7" upper from JLP. It fits over the stock eaton snout with no grinding, but is definately a tight fit!
