A former L member needs a little help.

As many of you know I totaled out my L a couple of weeks ago.The one thing I always wanted to do(besides run 12's) was get a picture taken of my truck roasting the tires.I by no means want any of you to go out and do this,But if you have and youre truck slightly resembles mine I would really apprieciate you posting a picture.I promise in advance never to use it as my own on any of these boards,I just want one to hang on the wall.As far as my vehicular situation I will be purchasing a 2004 lariat super crew saturday.Loved the L but cant stand thinkin what my insurance will be after a careless driving ticket. Thanks for any help offered.

Frank-
Congrats on the Lariat Screw. I have a white Lariat Screw 4X4 and LOVE it - almost as much as I loved the Lightning - ALMOST! You'll enjoy it. It's one of the best riding trucks/SUVs I've ever ridden in - and we're talking 4X2s, as well.

Hey Frank, I remember just before you bought that AVIC when you posted for some input. Were you able to salvage it? Just curious because you must have just bought it before the unfortunate incident. I wasn't able to get the Alpine 901 like I wanted, so I ended up with the 900 instead.

Ooh, shame, shame. In my business we'd call putting something in your sig, you ain't actually got yet, ghost writing And have you given any thought to a used L, or maybe one of the 04s with the $3k rebate a thought? Maybe the savings would offset whatever increase you might incur on your insurance. Speaking of high insurance, I'm going to be paying $1900 a year, just for the L (Damn Naples). Up from $600 in the states. Talk about high price of admission

Frank,
If you can send me some pictures of your truck and one doing a burnout that has a similiar angle, I can mesh the two together. Preferable truck of the same color also as it will make the picture look that more realistic. I'll even add a 12 second timeslip ghosted somewhere if you like.

I'll need high resolution images also if you intend to print this for a wall picture.
