SCT vs Diablo?

I know that this subject has probably been rehashed over and over again but I was wondering what you guys suggest. I actually already know its not about the chip, its about the tune. So, who has the best tunes for the best price?? I have the old blue superchip now and I am about to get my blower ported and I am going to upgrade to the new SCT Chip or the Diablo Predator! Thanks for you help and suggestions!

The Actual Chip Does Matter...

This was dyno-tested on a 2003 Harley outfitted with pretty much every mod including a Kenne Bell.
Here's the story: Same day at same dyno in Atlanta, Jeff (owner of the HD) had his truck dyno-tuned with a diablo chip with 93 octane and 100 octane. On his race program (100 octane) with the Diablo chip, he laid down 472rwhp. The person at the dyno suggested him trying the SCT Superchips to see what he could get. (Deal was, if he didn't like it, it wouldn't cost any extra). Jeff said ok and they proceeded. He then had it dyno-tuned on the SCT software only using 93 octane. The end results was 498rwhp.

**So, he gained 26RWHP with the SCT Superchips using 93 octane over the 100 octane tune from the Diablo chip.

They told him it is because the SCT software has more perimeter (sp?) to tweak and tune the truck.

just something to think about....

Sal has said before that he can do anything on any recent chip/tuner. The SCT software is said to be more user friendly.

I watched Sal this weekend tune 20+ vehicles with SCT 9100's, Predators, and various chips. The results were verify similar for trucks with similar mods, but different chips/hand helds.
