23,000 mile routine maintenance question

I was wondering what my 2000 Lightning needs as far as basic service goes. I have had it since new and it has 23,000 miles and is stock. It has had the intercooler replaced. It has the washer replacement for the clunk, which I bought off the guy from this forum. I imagine the antifreeze needs to be flushed and replaced after four years. How about the spark plugs? Transmission fluid? Are there any relatively recent TSP's which are important to bring up to the service writer? I have been running Mobil 1 in it for the last three years so oil changes have been taken care of. I also have an extended warranty on it, so anything major would hopefully be covered.

Thanks in advance for the advice.

Chris

The fluids are the life blood of you truck. After 4 years I'd say to change them all. Brake fluid, rear end, PS, blinker fluid...ect.

Doesn't sound like your modding your truck so the stock plugs ought to be just fine. I would however check to see that they are properly torqued!!!! Mine at 12k miles were barely more than finger tight.

Only thing I'd really be interested in is if you've got an oil build up in the intake. What does the back side ouf your throttle plates look like? Mine looked like this at 6k miles

I've always filled the oil to the bottom of the limit line on the dipstick. I seem to remember guys recommending that to avoid oil in the intake. I will check it, though. I imagine I might want to flush the tranny fluid, as well.

The truck is mod free, never raced but driven with lots of enthusiasm. It may not be as fast as most of the trucks here, but I love her just the same. I still love this driving this truck as much today as the day I drove her off the lot. Puts a smile on my face every time I hear the supercharger whine.

Aint that the truth dogman, even after a few years that smile still stays on my face whenever I take the L out for a drive.
