So what's the criteria for being invited?

Sorry, haven't had time to call JDM for details. May'be someone can put the scoop in a post??

 

You just come down for the day. I went last year. Free drag racing and nothing to look at all day but fast Lightnings.

Their is no invite required...... just show up in a Lightning and thats it. The whole track is just for us till I think 4:00pm.

As much as I'd like to own this event for the third year in a row...JDM day was the perfect tune up day before the Etown event. I think anyone has a really good chance to win this event since I suck at the tree.

Don't be afraid to go to this event...but if you do line up next to me...you better cut a really good light.

I know when I raced you in the first round I broke out by the slightest of margins. LOL

( I dial-in in a 12.0 and ran an 11.03. Only a second off. LOL)

hahaha....was that the time you ran once or twice with the bed full of anything and everything to slow you into the 12's, then emptied it on the last run?

haha, i remember seeing you empty the bed out, then i walked up into the stands, saw you still had a 12.0 dialed in and was thinking this is gonna be good. LoL! i think i got it on video around here somewhere. classic

hopefully i'll be at the fords @ Etown in october again this year to put my hooptie in the show and watch the races

 

I believe mrinaldi ran you in the finals last year on saturday and took the win, and he was on F1's all day.

mrinaldi got me on that Saturday. He cut a really good light on me.

 

And then Mike went to work that night at his second job as a road line painter.

 

LOL, yeah I can see the yellow paint in the wheel well. I think he was so worried about the yellow paint that he put his numbers on a little crooked.
