san diego

hey guys. have an 03' L with borla cat back and air force one intake w/powertube. i just bought some wet okoles.. waiting for them to come in the mail. hope their worth the $$$. however, im wondering if i should havebought the chip instead of the covers. the chip and pulley are coming no matter what, just got save some $$$. anyway, i planned on getting a superchip from troyer, but im wondering what i should do, because im in the military and i just moved to san diego. is there anyone in the area who works on lightnings? i know i saw a couple at Qualcom stadium 1/8 mile track. nice to see a lightning take a wrx, and a supercharged 350z. its so nice to see the crowds response to a lightning on the track. i just need to get a helmet so i can play along. anyway, if anyone can give me some info on the pulley, chip, and anyone who deals with lightnings in san diego, your info would greatly be appreciated. thanks

Dante will be your guy to work on your L. He is in Chula Vista, and does some real good work!

Check out our local club site: http://www.socalloc.com/ you can contact him there.

First off, welcome to the club!!

I'm also in the military in San Diego, what base are you on? I can help you with small projects, just can't rebuild engines

What color L did you get? I used to go down to Qualcomm, but haven't gone in a few months.

Make sure you check out the socal site...

I am sure Dante will steer you to Swanson Performance in Torrance (310) 787-7800. Danny (Swanson) has a dyno and is the best tuner around. Both are very good guys. Skip
