Winter protection?

What do you guys do to winterize your trucks? Fuel stabilizer, drain coolant, top off coolant, what?

One more thing, I see lots of posts about "winter beaters". I have a GREAT winter beater.

My dad bought this brand new in 79. I still remember riding in the front seat standing up while we were driving down dirt roads. Life was so easy back then.

I added one of the 6oz bottles of fuel stabilizer, and that was it. I did get the dealership to pull a sample of the antifreeze to make sure it was still good, and it was so I didn't have to change or add anything to it. Cool Beater! and the Pathfinder wheels are a nice touch. Got nothin but Love for the Luv... Had one myself years ago. I was told they were built for Chevy by Isuzu. Any truth to that?
Here is my beater

I just fill it up with gas and start it once a month. Never had a problem with any cars doing that.

The reason I asked, is that I stored mine last year when it got nasty, and didn't have to do anything to it. This year I don't have that option. Thanks for the help guys.

Yeah Rainman the wheels are about th only bling I could get for the truck. Isuzu did build it, and it has an Isuzu 1.8 in it. All original except for the wheels, carb and a header. 220,000 miles and counting.
