Yep, heat IS killing you

A Lightning can and will leave a good 1/2 sec on the table in those temps.

YOUR ALMOST THERE BRO, YOU NEED ANOTHER 10-15 DEGREES

Evo,
They are right. It ticks me off but the heat will kill you. Wait until a cooler day and you will hit 12's easily. For me the difference in 85 and 65 is a solid 4 tenths. That would put you in the 12.8 range.

I feel like I should take my 12sec. club sticker off in the summer
honestly our trucks with the standard pulley\chip\air combo's are low 13's in 85deg weather

From the other post about long tube headers, it looks like that's what you need to get you into that 12sec zone.

I cant wait for some good temps!!
I'm running 12.9s @ 105+ in 80-85* w/ 55% humidity. I thinking now that 12.6s might be in order for me this fall.

Mods are 4# lower, JLP intake ( no cold air tubes ), Densos and JLP dyno tuned for 404/508 @ the rear.

I see your in Vermont, 84 degrees isnt that hot. What was elevation of track you were at ? I bet that played more into the equation than the heat did.
