Big ups to Chikenears Tim!
Most of you already know, what a stand up guy Tim is, but I'd like to share my recent experience with him. I'm sure you've seen his recent post about the Lightning mats being on sale. Well, I saw they were going quickly, so I jumped on a set. I'm used to many businesses not dealing with overseas addresses, but I ordered them anyway without reading the fine print. Well, after sending the money, I went back and read the fine print. Sure enough, it reads he doesn't ship overseas, and if one choses to order anyway, there will be no refund. (Is there anyone who likes seeing those words? "No Refund") Well, I emailed Tim, and explained my hasty actions to which he responded back; that he would go ahead and make an exception to his policy and honor my order. This of course requires more time and effort on his part. So, for his outstanding customer support, I'd like to give Tim a big HOOAH!!
I had a similar situation and Tim took good care of me with an FTVB and pan. I'll be ordering from him again soon! I think that one clown spoiled it for the bunch with regards to the overseas or out of U.S. shipping. I talked with Tim about it and we came to an agreement on the terms. No problem whatsoever.
