What air pressure works with these tires? I'm currently running 26psig, should I try lower?

For the track or for the street? I run 26-27 PSI on the street....

What tire size are you running? I ran them on my Camaro Z28 and always got the best launches @ 18 psi. Those were 255/50/16s though. That's what a lot of guys were running on that setup. It took a good burnout to get them sticky. I usually backed up to where it was a little slippery in front of the water box and spun them til the smoke filled up the wheelwells and began to roll out of there pretty good.

18-20 PSI works. The Nittos for our trucks only come in 305/45/18.

Thanks, I was a little hesitant to go that low, someone told me that you can spin them on the rim?? Will try it out Wed. night.

Just take a grease pencil and mark the tire and rim. I ran 18#'s in mine with no problem.

I found that around 26 psi was best for me. Any more or less and I spin them bad. Maybe it's Mod dependent, I don't know

13-15 lbs...........smoke them hard after the water box......My best 1.58 60 ft........11.30 1/4 mile. I ran constent 1.60-1.65.
