Just closed a loan for a new L owner

Man I love my truck, not only does it get the ladies attention but it has generated a ton of business for me.

Some guy walked up to me at Autozone a few weeks ago to compliment me on my truck. He told me he just bought a Lightning and had about 200 miles on it. Started talking and told him I was a mortgage broker, he started to ask about rates. Well he was already set up with a great rate but then he said he was paying almost 700 a month. So I just closed a 30K home equity loan for him and he paid off his truck. I lower the truck rate note about 2.5%. If he pays the 700 a month he will save a whole year in payments. But the biggest benefit is that his L is now a tax right off.
Did a 150K line of credit for my friend about a year ago. He bought a 98 Lambo for 130K, drove it for a year and just sold it for 145K. So it cost him less than 600 a month plus he made 15K on the car and drove for a year.
Thank you Ford!!!

That's what I wanted to do but I co-own with my girlfriend and she didn't want my personal things on the equity loan. Damn women. Alright, I'll take the shot for that comment.
