driveshaft loop
driveshaft loop
I was wondering if anybody has some pictures of a drive shaft loop installed, I'm thinking of just building my own. They can't be that expensive to build.
thanks

They are pretty easy to make. $30 (US) and a trip to the hardware store will set you up.
*ONLY* thing that might make it a bit complicated is the muffler. My spintechs are small and allowed for a simple 1.25" square tube that goes straight from one frame rail to the other. If your muffler hangs a bit below that plane (like a stock one) then you'll have to add a jog to the lower piece.
Otherwise it's pretty simple. I just took a wire and bent it into shape while positioning it 6" back from the tranny./yoke. Cut that shape into a 1" x 12". And bent the 0.1875" x 1.5" steel strap into that shape. Cut the ends and drilled all my holes.

I made mine myself out of stainless flatbar @ work. What could be better, getting paid to make stuff for your truck

Even made a bracket for my PSP FastAir scoop to fit around the JDM/Fluidyne heat exchanger
