Do I Need 16 Fronts With My Hoosiers?

I just got my Hoosier 28x10x16's, and wonder if I can run them with my stock fronts? Excuse me if I am way off base, but would like to save some bucks by not buying another set of wheels and tires. My credit card statements have let me know I have gone a little overboard this year on my Lightning (sure is fun & fast though!).

Thanks,
Mark

I run my stock fronts when I race with my hoosiers... They are just gonna be a little heavier that a set of "skinnies"....Just my opinion................JR

I amoungst about a TON of others, run 28 x 10 x 16 slicks on the back and stock on the front

No worries man!!

If you were cutting weight you would of bought Bogarts all the way around

Which BTW my buddy just got some and I picked one up, I swear it was the same weight as a football!!

That might be exagerating but OMG they are unbelievably LIGHT!!

Thanks Guys!!!

Just what I wanted to hear!!! I wanted the Bogarts with skinnies up front but after buying FT's Monster In a Box Kit, new ported heads and stage II cams from JL, a PI converter and a Zex wet kit plus some miscellaneous stuff, I had to get cheap on something, so I went with the American wheels. They don't look to bad, and I am really looking forward to launching full throttle with the Hoosiers on!!!

Thanks again,
Mark
