What pulley do I have?

What pulley do I have?
I bought a used Metco pully today and was wondering what # it was. Guy said it is a 6lb, but its about 8 3/4"? It also came with a Gates belt 1745mm? Is this the right one?

should come out to about a 5lb pulley
