Passanger seat will not go back to the correct position. It will not lock in the up right position. Right now it is folded and I can't see the passanger sided mirror. Can any help on what i need to look for?

My truck had to go in four seperate times for the same thing. Three times with passenger seat and once with driver seat. They finally showed me how to fix it. Slide seat all the way forward, and the recline all the way till it clicks. It should lock back.

Pull the seat all the way forward & push the top part back till it clicks. You may have to "slam" the top part back to make it grab.
