There was an ad on Turbo Magazine saying 12 rwhp in 5 minutes on a WRX.
Does anyone know about this technology?

Sounds like they are boosting the plasma

This + plasma booster = 50rwhp? a double boost effect!

Looks like (and is described like) a capacitor.

Leveling out the battery voltage through passive or active means (passive=cap/resistor, active= voltage regulator) isn't a bad idea, but it is pretty much useless.

Anything that cares about voltage will have a voltage regulator installed.

The only thing this would do is stop your interior lights from dimming with the headlights on.
