Intermittant rough idle

Intermittant rough idle
For the last 3 weeks my truck has had an intermittant rough idle for 20-30 seconds while in drive. It starts shaking and seems like she wants to stall but doesn't.
It has happened 4 or 5 times now. I just changed the fuel filter and shouldn't have to worry about loose plugs in an 03'. I have always used the same Sunoco 93 gas from the same station. It runs perfect otherwise and has 17,000 mi.
It is basically stock except for CAI and Catback.
Any ideas?

It has 17K miles. I really don't want to go to the dealer unless it happens regularly. I know it won't fail for them as it is so erratic.
Warranties are nice, but I hate the process.
