I have everything apart and the new system laying in there but not matter what I do the tips hang like 4 inches from the molding. Any suggestion or tips would be great. The system looks great really good instructions and easy to do I just need to figure out why the tips are hanging so low. Thanks.

No, I should have specified this the silver bullet and only fits on one way. It looks to me like you almost need to bend the factory hanger up to make it work but i did not want to do this if there is something that I missed.

 

Is your truck true blue and do you work near or at a bmw dealership?

i seem to remember having the same problem when i put my old man's exhaust on, i forget what it was but it was something stupid. I think i did alter the hanger a bit.

 

I ended up taking the hanger that hooked to the tips and bent the hell out of it. I got the tips to sit real nice in there. They still stick out a little from the side fascia but they look sweet.

Oh and grimace had I seen your post earlier I would have been all over some help but I got taken care of. I really need to buy a freakin lift. If you see a Dark Grey L with Texas tags around Edmond that is me. Feel free to stop me and say HEY always looking to meet new people.
