E-fan owners hooked up to A/C

Does your Fan run constantly on when you have the A/C on or does it cycle on and off?

Also, does the fan blow on HIGH or LOW when the A/C is on?

(My fan has a high and low setting)

I know some people have a variable speed fan

I am using the rf-86 4.6 liter fan. I have it hooked to the ac clutch and it cycles with the compressor. You should be able to wire it up to do what you want with it. I run mine on low all the time and have a manual switch that allows me to kick on the high at any time to cool down intense heat situations like at the track or in really hot weather while in slow traffic. Never have to us it though. The fan does a pretty good job of keeping me cool.

i am using the same fan (rf-86) it is a 2 speed fan. the low speed circuit comes on when engine coolant temp is above a set temp, and i have the high speed set to come on when collant temp reaches 205* or when the a/c condenser reaches a certain temp. the high speed cycles on and off when driving, it mainly comes on at low sppeds, or when stoped in traffic on hot days.
