SES Light on, but no trouble code?
I was driving in to work today, and noticed my Service Engine Soon light came on. Hmm.... So I pull out the scanner to check the code, but it said "No Trouble Codes" found. When the light first came on, I also noticed the OD Off light was flashing.
I pulled the chip, just for kicks and I get the same result.
Any idea what the problem could be?

Chris, I've noticed some scan tools (like the Predator) don't see some codes. I have no idea why, but it's just my experiance. But if you have the O/D off light flashing, that means you have an electrical related transmission fault. Could be a bad sensor, or shift solenoid, or a wiring issue. Do you have long tubes? Often the trans harness melts to the pass side header. Hope this helps.

No long tubes here, the only thing I have ever done with the transmission was add a valve body, and that was a couple years back now.
I guess it's time to visit the dealer....
I got a predator and i also noticed that some times if the check engine light comes on. and i try to pull the codes, it says none found, then ill wait like an hour or somthing, and try to scan the codes again , and they come up....
