Lfp headers

i just put on LTs from lfp and a ticking noise is coming from the driver side. i first thought it was an exhaust leak so i took it back to the shop and now they tell me something is wrong with the header, i talk to him over the phone so i couldnt get a good idea of what was wrong. i need to know if anyone else has had a ticking noise after putting on lfp headers.

no issues with the ones i've seen. Sounds to me like a definate exhaust leak.

I have heard of some with exhaust leak issues. Wonder if it is becuase of the stock gaskets used with them. I put Dynatech long tubes on about a year ago and had an exhuast leak. Took them back off....bought new gaskets (thicker ones) and that fixed my driver's side ticking noise.

found out what the problem is. where the four tubes of the headers weld to a Y connection, the tubes are not welded all the way around and create a ticking noise because its leaking. these are brand new headers that i got from LFP. anyone else have this problem.
