Ok, just to review,
Blew my engine, took to ford, they had it for 2 weeks, replaced cyclinder head. It was not the cyclinder head so back to Ford for 3 weeks, they call service hotline, service hotline says call field tech, field tech says call service hotline, then tech goes on vacation, another 2 weeks. gets back and they call me for my service records, sent them in 30 minutes, next day they ccall me and tell me they need to replace the motor. 5 days later the truck is ready, so total of 2 months with no truck. Get it back, excited to have a new engine, i look it over and all looks fine, drive it home and there is a ticking noise, I say to myself it all feels good lets break it in a little, take a road trip the next day to Vermont get back and still a noise. Call Ford and they have no loaners for 3/4 weeks and say that I should try to get a ride and drop it off on Saturday. The dealer is 40/50 miles from my house and I could not get a ride. So I call today and they say they can not give me a loaner until they look at the car because of the past situation because they may need a service tech to come down. So now I have to drive 100 miles, miss work, for them to tell me yes your engine is making a noise and we can have you back in here in 3/4 weeks with a loaner...total bull****. so I am running on 4 months with out a properly running truck

 

Tom ask if you can bring it by on a weekend and have it looked at....I'm pretty sure they have saturday hours. If they say yes thats fine, then I can follow you out there and bring ya back. No Big deal man
