congrats sal. it was an awesome setup when i was up there for the dyno tune and you told us what the plans were. When the f-1R was sitting next to the 140 the whipple looked super small.

Thanks guys. It feels good to just start it up. I had to make a brace this morning for the blower bracket so it wouldn't flex. Did some fine tuning on it and it starts right up with just the turn of the key and idles great now. It's getting there.

one thing I really liked about your old setup is that you still had A/C and all the other accessories.

Is that hte same with this setup also?

Absolutely. I believe in form as well as function. I am not into stripping the truck down to nothing to get maximum ETs. I've always made my ETs with power, not weight reduction. The truck still has A/C, P/S, factory seats/belts, bed cover, bedrug, tailgate, all frame braces/supports, suspension, etc etc. The only factory items I removed this time around, was I took the wiper system out since the truck never sees rain, and I removed some of the emmisions stuff from under the hood. The only reason I even left those parts out, was because I liked how clean the truck looked without them when I stripped the engine bay to repaint the firewall (was charred up from the nitrous fire).
