custom magna flow exhaust question?

I'm wanting to put a new muffler on my truck and was think about putting 2-4" Manga Flows. This would kinda look like the JDM silver bullet. What do you think that would sound like? Any other suggestions?

Thanks,
Eric

We use Magnaflow dual Magnapack 4" cylinder mufflers with a short Xpipe on our Silver bullet. I feel that if you are looking for the sound of a silver bullet you should go with just that, a silverbullet. We designed it for easy install and is made out of all Stainless Steel. The sound quality is amazing and you can hear a clip on our website.

I watched a Lightning with a Silver Bullet exhaust do a couple of dyno runs last weekend. It really did sound powerful.

Right now I have the Bassani off road y pipe on the truck. I would love a silver bullet but $'s are a issue right now. The bassani has thrown off my aligment and my tips are crooked so when I take it to the muffler shop I was going to have them put on a muffler. Have you heard a silver bullet with the off road y-pipe?

Thanks
Eric

Easy to install?

"Installation takes about 8 hours and requires simple hand tools and specialized tools. "

hmm

that 8 hours is for the FULL exhaust. That is removing your full stock exhaust and putting the full exhaust on. I've done it twice and it takes less than 8 hours. That hardest part, which isn't really hard, but time consuming, is bolting the headers up. We elected to stay with the studs rather than the bolts. Let's just say i have a few new custom tools.

That catback can be done in an hour or less, depending on your capability..

The pipes going from the muffler to the tips is not stainless steel. At least not on mine........did I get a defective set or something cause it's definetely getting rusty.
