That statement is the exact reason I ordered a factory_Tech Monster Box tranny...I know Greg will stand by his products 110%, He has always stood by us lightning owners!

greg, i plan on getting this thing straightened out in a few weeks. like i said i just have not had any time. yes i spoke to you one time and you explained everything that was goin on thanks. but jasper is who i had to actually consult and deal with and it was very aggrovating. i wanted to my dealings with you and you only. i think alot of your transmission and your service it is 1st class. its just different when you have to call a huge place like jasper everytime i had a problem or needed to speak to someone and could rarely get the same person. i just like to deal with the smaller organizations. like i said i havent driven the truck much b/c of no time. i did go to the track one time and for those that wants to know i pulled just as good of a 60 ft with the ft converter as i did with the pi. however it does feel a little looser than the pi. i would like to add the reason i said that bout the level 10 was b/c of having to deal with jasper. if i went back i would still do this deal again if i was dealing with you personally. however if i went back knowing what i do now bout the big huge jasper giants i doubt i would. hope this helps.

JUst as a postcipt, I have talked to people at Jasper about the problems of dealing with a big company as opposed to dealing with "the guy" and I think we've worked out the problem. In the future if anyone has a problem with a Monster Box, I will be informed by them and we will set up a single contact at Jasper to co ordinate resolving the issues. As much as possible we'll have you talk to one person, or have one person to contact, and I will be in the loop to make sure you get good follow up.
