Slotted rotors - Which way

Got some slotted rotors and I have a stupid question. Which way should they be mounted? Which direction should the slots go?

Depends on who made them.

I've got a Stoptech big brake kit on my L, and the slots are facing in the opposite direction from the stock replacement Powerslot rotors I have in back. Each is installed according to their manufacturer's instructions.

Look at the cooling vanes. They should always go like this:

The slot direction is far less important.

Thanks Tim. I took a look at the Rotors and the cooling vanes seem to go up and down, not at an angle per se.

Then I would still go with the slots as shown. Brembo made this drawing to show the direction of "slotted OR ventilated rotors."
