Addressed in last post. The first pic is actually of 90mph+ not the full pull. I cant seem to get the full pull shown vs rpm. I am working on it and will post it if I get it to work.

That's right I forgot about the SAE correction. I just wonder how accurate it is for elevation with forced induction.

You mentioned something about showing just the last gear. Were they doing a pull through the all the gears?

The HP and TQ with drop with each pull if they are back to back. I know this to be true with the first 3 pulls. I don't know if it levels out by 5 pulls or not.

The best way to get numbers like you run at the track is to cool it down so the blower is not hotter than hell and the intercooler is not heatsoaked. Stap it to the dyno and get it to operating temp. Run it up to a steady 3200 RPM's in Drive with OD turned off and smack it to the floor until you hit the max RPM's you want to turn in drive. The first pull is going to be your best and they will drop off from there. Good Luck.

Here is a pic of my first dyno and this was without a cooldown. You can see how it kept dropping off with each pull. The spike on the 3rd pull threw the HP # off but you can see the TQ # is lower.

Funny thing is that with every pull it kept getting better. I was actually doing everything but hitting the pendant. Since I work there they let us do practically whatever we want so I may have to give her another go and see what happens.

I have 2 run files that are worth looking at.

65 roll with od off
70 roll with od off

BOTH where shifting on me.

I kind of agree on the elevation vs correction comment as well.

Well now I am positive my truck is faster than Kimballs

If you still want that kit shoot me an email, its still a virgin setup, I won't have the L for much longer this summer, on to bigger and better things, let me know. Hows the new job going also, hit me up on aim if you get a chance, later bud.

How about your exhaust, did not see any mods about exhaust. How about headers, hi-flow cats and cat-back to get all that horsepower out?

Sal did mine Saturday,

OD Off
He casually went through 1st 2nd and to 3rd gear,
he brings it up OVER 3000 RPM, you need to be over 3000 RPM
so it don't down shift when you go WOT.

and then WAM, he floors it

This is my Nitrous Run, it's a progressive system so unfortunatly
we don't get to see full power, (because my System starts off at only 60% power (max)

BUT IT WAS ENOUGH

CAN YOU SAY PIG RICH A/F
(it's a wonder we made any power at all)

I do have a Bassani Cat-Back. I have been thinking about LT and Hi-Flows, but at that price I have to consider saving some more and doing a built lower, etc.

Still a little interested. I was gung ho about a month ago, but you stopped returning my e-mails. Maybe you never got them. Anyway, Since I only have internet access at work we will need to continue discussions about it through email until I get hooked back up at home. Email is in the sig.

Z,
Something doesn't seem right. Either it's the altitude/correction issue or you are down on power. The last run I did on my 00 was 423/528. That was with stock exhaust, 4lb lower, and 80mm MAF. I never got back on the dyno with L/T's, 6lb lower, 1.5lb upper and Pro-Pipe.

On a side note the STi just put down 308WHP with exhaust and engine management as the only mods. New turbo coming soon. With that I will be at 410-430WHP on pump gas.

Good to hear from ya Bill. Sounds like you are having fun with the STi.

We should be getting off early on Friday, so I shouldn't have a problem getting in the Dyno room as nobady should be on it. See if I can get some better conditions as well as a run without a shift in it. Hopefully that will give me something more to look at and debate, lol.

Thanks for the help all, I will keep you all posted.
