I'm just to curious as if a dyno tune will net me more hp/tq then the Pulley Tune I'm running currently.

I have the timing reduced 10% max @ WOT for 15-16* in third gear and It will go as high as 17-18* in first and second
I also have the fuel enrichment +5% rich.
Would a dyno tune get me any more or I just leave it alone?

I dyno'd 419 HP and if I had access to a tuner to do a dyno tune on my L I'd camp out in the parking lot. When you make a change on the Predator, your changing that peramiter across the whole RMP range. A tuner can make changes anywhere in the RPM range it's needed to maximize your performance. JMHO
