Need advise on 3-4 shifting problem

When going WOT the truck can't seem to shift into 4th. It bucks and kicks. I spoke to the tuner who wrote the progam for my preditor and he said that I have to be careful going full throttle into 4th because of my horsepower levels.
Is this normal? Do all you guys live with this? I know torque reduction is turned off. Is this the problem? Do I need the FTVB mod?

Current mods
Apten Ported Eaton
2lb lower pulley
Forced cold air intake
91 oct preditor tune(amazon)

Horsepower levels? With your combo tuned for 91 octane I would guess your around 380ish. Some trucks have dynoed stock at 360...I'm sure Ford built more durability into the tranny than what 20 more horses can dish out. But then again I'm no tuner so what do I know. I don't make a habit of running many high speed blasts but I've made a few and she seems to be holding out ok. The FTVB was my first mod though so it couldn't hurt

FTVB is the way to go for crisp firm shift thats good for performance and helps extend the life of the transmission.
