will a 4lb pully off a 2001 fit a 99-00??

will a 4lb pully off a 2001 fit a 99-00??

are there differences or will they just bolt up?

no! 99-00 & 01-04 have different stock lower pulleys.

If I'm not mistaken....

You can use the 01-04 on the 99-00.

The only difference is the center hole would be larger on the 01-04 pulley.

You can't take a 99-00 pulley and put it on a 01-04, the hole would be too small.

I have done this. I sold a 3lber off my 99' and sold it to a guy that had a 01'. I just took the pulley to a machine shop and had them reem the hole bigger.

And whalla, it worked.

While it may fit (key word here), it may not 'work' and is a really bad idea unless you don't mind you lower supercharger pulley being out of balance from idle to 5400 RPM

I have a 01+ pulley on my 99 L. If you put a 01+ pulley on a 99-00 make sure its centered. It may take awhile to get it adjusted where its not wobbling.

It took me a few hours to get mine near perfect. Loosent the pulley bolts, adjust, tighten them up, install belt. Rinse and repeat lol.
