Talking Thinkin about some new Shoes

hey guys....I'm thinkin about gettin a new pair of shoes for the truck so I dont drive it so hard and to get a lil bling while I work on my mustang....right now I'm lookin at the Foose Spank 5's I found a place to get them in 20x8.5 all 4 for 1750, and I have a friend that works at a goodyear to get me tires for a pretty decent deal as well. My question is I've seen a couple of Ls with these rims but it was always in the 22" size not the 20. Does anyone have pics of how they would look in 20's on an L ???

Its alot of money to fork up so I'd like to make sure they'll look good when I get them on. Also even if you dont have the Foose's if you have a Black L with some aftermarket rims I'd like to see....I'm tryin to find somethin with a sporty look in a bigger size....I was in love with the Moda F5s that Mr Skelton has but sadly they have been discontinued. Thanks guys.

I need new shoes too, just don't know which ones to get with so many choices. I've only got 16 K on my 2000 L and most of my tire smoking has been done at the track with the slicks bolted on. Actually, I've still got a good amount of tread left for the milage on them. I'm torn between getting new F-1's or a slightly stickier tire. I guess I'll have to do some research.

Don't quote me but I thought that 8.5" was to narrow. I'm pretty sure that most people go with 9.5 or 10". I've been looking at the Centerlines but they are not wide enough in the 20's

Not exactly what you requested... But have you considered them in 6 spoke (Foose Spank 6) ?

Why you thinkin of sellin yours ?? LOL....Really though I thought the spank 6 only came in 6lug....plus I noticed they were a lil more expensive...couldnt really afford anything more. Right now I'm at a toss up cuz I found another set of wheels that are pretty sweet IMO for a great price.

I do not know if I should be offended or not. LOL

That is NOT my L or garage. It is the infamous 'Chikenears' Hotrod.

You would never catch me owning a Silver anything. LOL

Sorry about that. As you can probably tell I started drinking very early this morning. Will try not to make that mistake again..
