What PSI for Nitto's

Just wondering what psi everybody keeps their Nittos at for both the street and the track. Just got a set of the drag radials and I don't know what to put them at.

psi

anywhere from 18 to 24 depending on track prep and how they are hooking. Every truck is different. My father's truck hooks best at 18psi cold. My buddie's truck hooks best at 23lbs cold. My nittos just don't hook at all

My first time out with mine was at FFW E-Town. It was pretty hot and I'll venture to guess they laid down a little more sticky stuff than they normally do. Anyway..I went from launching as I normally do on F1s...Idle...roll into it then stab it...

After 4 -5 launches I became almost 'confident' with them and started just stabbing it off idle. Believe it or not, it hooked. My 60s were ALL 1.8xx and I guarantee I have room for improvement there. I can't wait to get down to Atco to see what they're really worth. I've cut 1.8xx 60s on F1...but not at E-Town.

BTW....PSI was at 21.

Good luck. I'm still learning myself!
