I’ve been running both of these mods for six months with no problems at all. The seat of the pants meter just screams performance.
NOTE TO THE NEWBS: I’m being completely sarcastic and merely poking fun at the other members on this board that think since they have been running a mod for a certain period of time without ventilating their block that it is ok.

You forgot to say "WOO HOO!"
I don't get what ya'll think is so funny about the first link. That part is unique to the Lightning, and serves the purpose of decreasing wheel hop when you don't have traction bars. With traction bars it is not as important.
But, the second link is fair game IMO.

You want to know what is really funny is I just took that part off mine, and am trying the shock behind the axle. The mount is already there in the frame; you just have to make a custom bracket for the lower shock mount. Since I have JL lift bars axle wrap up will not be a problem. Hopefully it will help traction. If nothing else I lost about 10 pounds by taking if off.
