What do you wash your engine bay with???

What do you wash your engine bay with???

Need to get the grime and dust out of there. Have a bottle of Greased Lightning sitting here. Anyone tried washing the engine bay with it?

I use simple green, light water pressure from the hose and the electric leaf blower to get the excess water out of there....works great
