in most states its ILLEGAL to have the tires sticking out from the fender well more than 3" without a fender flare or guard of some sort.

personaly i hope the wheels fall off

That is way cool. LIke all the Lightnings in Columbus owned by our Mexican brothers. Extended cab Lightnings are the best. The 13" wheels are da bomb!

Hey, I'll admit that runs a close race for the worst thing I even seen done to a truck. But, the right rear looks like he had a flat and put the spare on. It does look extremely disturbing though.

I like how 3 of the 4 wheels stick out the side of the truck. I guess you just took a pic of her on a bad hair day so to speak.
