If money is no object then go for the one you want or was your mommy not available to help you decide so your asking the board to be a mother and make your decision for you? If thats the case then go clean your room.
HOLY QUESTION-**** BATMAN!!!!!
Which one you go with is a matter of personal opinion. In other words...you'll get a different one from each memeber. Both are excellent. But, I personally like the the Magnaflow (Silver Bullet) as the Bassani tends to rust a bit after a while. Just my 2 cents

The Bassani is stainless steel from the x-pipe to the tips. I have had mine on for over a year and no rust; you will get a little discoloration. You simply have to make an informed decision based on your personal likings
I love my Bassani but I wish it had a deeper idle tone; down the road with full exhaust and straight y-pipes with no cats, I am sure it will sound a lot better. It does have a nice WOT sound and purrs at idle
The Bassani is a very well designed system with ball joints on the tail end of both mufflers. I would ditch the band clamps and either reuse your stock ones or buy new u- bolt clamps if you decide to go with Bassani. The silver bullet cat back system was my second choice. Either way you will not be disappointed with the sound improvement. Dont expect any real gains though from any catback. Good Luck

Neither - go Maggy!
I had the Bassani and enjoyed the sound (still think it is a great cat back system!), but when I heard the low rumble, no make that roar of the Magnaflow I sold the Bassani and bought the Maggy! I get more compliments now on exhaust note than I did before, hands down.

I WAS EXPECTING AT LEAST 10 HORSEPOWER GAIN

I have never seen a Bassani rust. I have one that's almost three years old and it looks as good as the day I bought it.
