I see what you mean.....

Don't put the heat exchanger in line after the cooler or you will re-heat the chilled coolant.

Intercooler>>>Heat Exchanger>>>Powercooler>>>Intercooler.

Heated>>>>>>>>Ambient>>>>>>>>Chilled>>>>>ReHeated.

if you through the reservoir into the mix, the order would be:
Intercooler>>>I/C Reservoir>>>Heat Exchanger>>>Powercooler>>>Intercooler

The I/C Reservoir is between the intercooler and the heat exchanger.

doesn't it make more sense to reroute it like i said though, cooling off the coolant with the heat exchanger immidiately after it goes through the intercooler, and pulling coolant from the resevoir where it is bound to be close to abient, then running through the cooler?

i/c>>>pump>>>h/e>>>i/c resevoir>>>cooler>>>i/c

Yep--->I/C Reservoir-->>pump-->>heat exchanger-->>power cooler-->>intercooler--then back to I/C reservoir..
