well i been hearing a funny noise n my truck was not 60fting at ffw @ e-town how it normally does. so today i finally got it on a lift and i found my drivers side traction bar where it mounts to the front of the from around the bushing cracked in half n the traction bar is hangin in by the cage around the mount.

there not even 8months old they have maybe 8k miles on em.

I hope jl will do something for me. i didnt hit anything cause nothing is scrapped up on it.

It seems the rear brackets bend a little on many I've seen
(I think mine are already bent a little too) but haven't heard of the bar breaking ?

Mine broke the front bracket. I had it welded back together and seems fine now.

 

thank u soo much tommy, that is where mine broke too? its the drivers side front, right where the bushing goes inside the circular part of the bar, the metal broke n the bar collapsed. i will have it welded. i wanted to pull em off anyways to have em powder coated silver. thanks alot tommy.
