Just looking at my manuel try fuse #5. It's the fith one down from the left not including the relays. Also see if your reverse lights come on. If they don't then this is the fuse. BTW I am talking about the fuse box inside the truck.

Passenger Compartment Fuse Box:

NOTE that relay #4 is outlined with Red. That relay is for “One-Touch Down” window relay. I don’t think that one is causing a problem since your windows don’t work at all but it is one to consider if the following don't check out.

Power Distribution Box (Engine Compartment)

NOTE Fuse #13 is outlined in red. This fuse is for the A/C clutch. That may be the reason you’re A/C is not blowing cool air. ALSO NOTE that relay #204 is outlined in red. That relay is the A/C clutch relay. That too could be a problem if you do not have cool air blowing. If you’re A/C is working correctly you should hear the compressor kick in every so often. I would guess every 3 – 5 minutes it should cycle. If it does and you hear it click in then that is the A/C clutch kicking in and if you’re looking at it then it should be spinning. If it appears that it does not rotate then the clutch is not engaging and the above fuse and/or relay is suspect. You will be able to see if the fuse is good but unless you have a wiring diagram for the relay you will not be able to check it to see if it is good or not.

NOTE that Circuit Breaker #601 is outlined in red. This is a circuit breaker for the power windows. This is most likely the culprit for your power window problem. You may or may not be able to check this to see if it is good or not. If you had to you can buy a new one from the dealer. It shouldn't cost more then $10 or so if that. If you put a new one in and your power windows still do not work then there is a problem with the wiring somewhere.

I do not believe any of your window motors are burnt up because you would have at least one window still working.

NOTE: I should have stated those diagrams are for a 2003 Lightning. I can't see why they would have changed anything but wanted to at least make you aware of that

Well, after going down and looking in my Power Distribution Box it is obvious that you do NOT need Circuit Breaker 601 for the power windows…

My power windows work great and I have no Circuit Breakers (601 or 602), go figure…

Guess Ford needs to update these manuals they give us…

My manual says its #14 a 15amp fuse... under dash
"Batt saver relay, Interior lamp relay, Accessory Delay Relay ( power windows )"

Under hood Maxi fuse # 110 - 30 amp - "Power Windows"

I looked in the Service DVD - But couldnt find the fuse section and there is no search - I lost interest ....
