Unhappy Oh No, They called the regional rep?

Oh no they called the regional rep.
Brought the truck back after they replaced the cylinder head because it was still making a noise. They tore it down and thought it was a loose timing chain and replaced a link or something. The noise is still there and they have no clue. They called a regional rep for a "second opinion"

What does that mean, should I be worried?

What that means is they called a Field Service Engineer in. Dealers will do that when they can't find a problem. FSE's are like roving techs, sent to fix complex issues. But they do have the power to make big decisions like warranty related issues. It's most likely Justin Manning if he's still doing our area.

It's always bad news when they send in the FSE. They always seem to go in "Fords" favor. So be prepared. And yes, I speak from personal experience from a few years ago(Not with the L).

if i was u i would have faced the facts to make more power wit ur factory turd, u need a built motor n a kb n nitrous. j/k good luck wit that dealer crap.
this is why when i break parts i dont use my warranty.

Funny, I thought you had a ported blower, custom idler brackets, what about those stage 2 cams? or the JLP block, what about the nitrous or your power cooler. Sounds like you should be faster than JLP.
Stop wasting peoples time asking questions about sh*t you are never going to buy, or say you have and then you forgot it was in a dream.

I would descibe it as a clicking / tapping noise. It clicks with engine rotation, does it in every gear so I know it is probably not the tranny. And the sound speeds up when I give it gas.

After the truck broke originally, a similar noise was there, then they replaced the cylinder head and it was still there. Still sounds like it is coming from the same place. I am thinking that maybe the put a bad head in or something was not torque down correctly or some kind of damage to the lower end. Should know something today / tomorrow.

man ur stupid. tom dotn worry about what in my truck. just get ur junk fixed n lets bring it to the highway. im sick of u flappin ur gums. and just so u know, u will see pics shorty of all my new parts i just put in. like my new heat exchanger, t.b., aftercooler well be all set n done b4 u get ur junk back, i been had the parts, just im very lazy so parts go in as i feel like it. my new grilles r in, i decided to take the summer off from work so now my mods will start getting done faster. n as for my nitrous, u wanna see if i have nitrous or not? bring u truck out im sure u can find out.
n as for my build motor n stage 2 cams, i decided i will go as fast as my stock motor will let me, so i can build a turbo car. as long as im faster then u , im content n thats not too hard to do.

Maybe this time when u get ur truck back u can goto jdm, maybe he will make u faster then me. hehe

Too bad there isn't an ignore option on message boards like there is on IM programs.
