Lately I have been hearing this weird noise while driving the L. It sounds like a fluttering type of sould, kinda hard to describe. It happens at about 4,500 5,300rpm's. I have put it in first gear and gently but steatly taken the motor up to this rpm range, (hardly any boost under this condition) and the sound happens. This sound has also happend at wot under full boost. It also does it when the motor is under no strain, when it is in park or netural. And it sounds like it is coming from the back of the motor. Any ideas.

You might try taking the blower belt off and see if it does the same thing.

That could help to rule out the blower anyway.
