Question Net boost achieved with a 4 lb lower?

For those with a proper autometer boost gauge, what is the net boost gain achieved with a 4lb lower pulley with stock upper and exhaust.

Is it true that the boost drops by about 1lb with the addition of high flow cats and cat back and perhaps headers?

Thanks,
TB

at dead heat summer 70-100 degrees i see 12-12.5 w/ intake & exhaust, you'll probably see 12lbs.

when its only 30-50 degrees in winter air, i see more like 14lbs.

With out any pulley, chip. Stock… The only mod was home made bottom air dam routed to the bottom of the original Air box, and a K&N filter, in the summertime AM 6:30 or so I would consistently see from 10 to 11 on a Lunar gauge. In winter about 12 “Consistently”. Now I have added a 4lb pulley, (no chip) and it hits 12lbs right of the bat… I have WOT it only twice, the first time from a stop, it pegged at 15lbs, early morning, next time I WOT it doing about 70, the gauge went up to 13lbs, then it garroted only for a split second, Something like it forgot where to go, then she picked right up to 15lbs… (I have also added a cone filter and a cold kit).
