Its fairly easy and cheap to make your own up using heater duct from an auto supply or "innerduct" from an electrical supply house.
Just zip tie and make sure you have clearance while turning.
I had a buddy fiberglass in the interduct to the back of old fog light housing (the back part that mounts to the air dam) and instant "ram air brake cooling"
