I have a 2001 L that is acting funny and I did a search but came up with nothing that is similar. When I hit it from 20mph + it won't shift back into first. If I am going under 20mph It will shift down into first just fine. Other then that it is shifting just fine. I have a line mod valve, Superchip, and a 4 lb. lower. It use to always shift into first when I was going under 30. Anyone have any ideas?

It won't downshift unless you have a chip. Since you said that you have a chip maybe the conection is loose.
