Anyone know the Thread Size of the Pass Side Fuel Rail Tapping

The one not being used that I use for the Nitrous Fuel Inlet. There's a Schrader Valve not being used there from the factory.

I need to know the size WITHOUT me having to go out there
and disconnect the line and remove the Zex Adt.
I believe it to be 1/8 NPT, ANYONE KNOW FOR SURE ???

This one here

I'm pretty posititive it's 1/8 NPT ? But need to know for sure

THANKS

From: Colorado,
Can't believe I actually got off my numb butt and went outside in the rain to lift my hood for a look. Then got a flashlight and checked closer only to see no threads showing.

I then got my 1/8 pipe tapp and compared.

You must be right rob. It's the only thing I know that is close in size and you can thread in and get a seal.

Sorry, I ain't taking mine out in the rain just for a look see.

But I would stake your life on it

Rob if you are talking about the pipe thread in the rail itself then it is 1/16 X 27 NPT. Might not be so easy to find, I use it alot at work but thats a different story.

Thank you very much Greg for checking, this place is great

Bad Habit, I should have mentioned that pic there is with the Zex adt already installed (sorry to confuse you)

I actually had quite a hard time originally sealing it, thats why I don't want to take it out just to check the size.

Thank You very much Dale + Tallimeca,
I was afraid it wasn't 1/8....
1/16 27 hu, schitt I don't go that small at work either

I wonder if thats why I had such a hard time sealing mine in the first place ? I'd swear the adt I originally used was regular 1/8 male NPT.
But 1/8 would be 2/16 "and larger if anything"

I need to get this info to (Denny) Race Tested to see how we're going to adt to it for the fuel intake. The new Nitorus Kit will be using nylon lines (not the steel braided I'm using now)

THANKS AGAIN EVERYONE

no ****

My autometer instructions said to use teflon compound or tape. The adapter instructions said specifically not to use tape......only i read that after i sprayed a gallon of gas all over my motor the first day i put it in!!!

Ya aint that fitting a bitch Bro *#$(@#$(@$#(@$

I'm ok, it turns out we're going to leave the adt in,
Race Tested has the fitting needed to hook up the Nylon Line
to that 4AN fitting

I'm very interested in these Nylon Lines we're going to be using.
Race tested could have taken the easy path and just supplied
extra 4AN Adt's, and then I could have used all my exsisting
Steel Braided Nitous lines. However they feel the Nylon is a more superior product for Nitrous, and actually insisted on me using it, to prove to me and everyone else it is better.

They wen't on to say This is why you can use your Zex kit at WOT from a standstill. The vapor in your -4AN line will limit the initial power so that's why it seems smooth at the beginning. You are losing performance this way also. Our 5mm nylon line will not need purging, but you also will be geting more liquid nitrous and a very smooth power delivery.

HEY IF IT'S GOOD ENOUGH FOR THIS MONSTER, IT'S GOOD ENOUGH FOR ME
