I'm looking for an autotap, so if any supporting vendors sell them, please let me know. Cheapest I have seen the USB version for is $189. Cheapest I've seen the ford enhanced software is $94.

Hopefully someone can beat that or point me in the right direction.

I think you would be much better off with new SCT diagnostics, its not out yet but its close and will be much better than autotap.

 

The SCT unit sounds trick, but be fair and tell him the price difference! I'm using CarCode for now.

To tell you the truth I don't have any idea about price but it looks like the auto tap is going to be around 300.00 to his door and I've read that the SCT would be less than that, unless you have to buy a Pro racer setup to make it all work.

 

According to todays info the SCT unit will be priced at $450. with a possibility of a discount to current Racer Pro users.

Ha....thats a heck of a lot more than was originally thought but it sounds like it will be worth it......to some anyway.

 

It will be the best unit out there for sure. But the price will eliminate some of the people. I'm using CarCode now but will upgrade if they give us "Racer Pro" guys a good discount.
